DigiBoost started in 2020 as a web design and digital marketing agency in Nairobi, Kenya — SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, Google Ads, content creation. We still do all of it. What's changed is how we deliver it: today DigiBoost is a team of specialists in digital marketing and AI business automation, working as one point of contact so every client gets a single standard of work instead of juggling five different vendors.
We don't hand every business the same fixed package. We start by understanding what a business actually needs and what it can realistically work with — budget, team, timeline — then build the specific mix of website, SEO, and automation services that fits. That's why clients as different as a pharmacy, a school, and a farm all trust DigiBoost, even though what we've built for each of them looks completely different.
More recently, we've started building AI-driven products on top of that foundation — including WhatsApp marketing automation, our newest offering, built to solve a problem we kept seeing in real client work: leads going cold from a slow reply, not a trend we chased.
